Birthday Wishes On Sand & More For Dhoni

Bhubaneswar: Former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni turned 37 on Saturday.

Even as he celebrated the day with his family and teammates, birthday wishes kept pouring in for the cricketer on social media. Noted sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik wished him in an unique way by creating a sand art.

Sudarsan tweeted, “#HappyBirthdayMSDhoni A role model to cricketers and others for how a leader should be.. .. #CaptainCool . My SandArt at #puri beach.”

His teammates also wished him on his birthday.

The God of cricket Sachin Tendulkar also wished him on social media and tweeted, “Wish you a very happy birthday, @msdhoni and congratulations on playing your 500th International match. May you continue to give joy and happiness to people around you and beyond.”

Former Indian cricketer and teammate Virender Sehwag tweeted, “#HappyBirthdayMSDhoni . May your life be longer than this stretch and may you find happiness in everything, faster than your stumpings. Om Finishaya Namaha !”

Cricketer Mohammad Kaif also took to Twitter, “Happy Birthday to a Cricket Yogi and one of the most inspirational leaders across the world, MS Dhoni .May you remain blessed and loved. #HappyBirthdayMsDhoni.”

Cricketer Suresh Raina also wished Dhoni and tweeted, “Walking out of your 500th international match & gracefully walking into the blessed day of India, when a legend like you was born! Wish you a very Happy Birthday brother @msdhoni ?You have been my inspiration & will always be! I cherish all our good times! #HappyBirthdayMSDhoni.”

Besides, social media is flooded with birthday wishes for Mahi by other cricketers, the actors and his fans.

Dhoni, who is currently in England with the Indian cricket team for T20 and ODI series, celebrated his birthday with his teammates, friends and family. He cut a cake in the presence of his wife Sakshi, daughter Ziva and teammates.

India captain Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma were also present.
