Bhubaneswar: ‘BJB friends’, the Alumni Association of Buxi Jagabandhu Bidyadhar Autonomous College in Bhubaneswar, is all set to organise friends’ reunion on December 11.
This information was given at a press conference held by BJB Friends in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.
The Alumni Association is very excited for this year’s event as friends have not been able to meet for the past two years due to the Corona pandemic. It has been informed that many dignitaries are expected to attend the reunion.
A meeting will be organised during this programme and the meritorious students of BJB College will be felicitated.
The winners of the quiz competition held on November 27 will also be felicitated. In addition, Aditya Prasad Das, a student of BJB College (1971) who won the Padmashri award for science and technology, will also be felicitated in the same meeting.
While BJB Friends is carrying out various social and philanthropic activities, this year too, blood donation programme has been planned. Various cultural programs are also organised.
The press conference held at the office of BJB Friends was attended by the President of the Association Debasish Patnaik, secretary Satyabrat Dhupal and other members including principal of BJB College.
