Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday appointed party observers for 30 districts.
The directive of the Chief Minister comes into force with immediate effect, said the BJD general secretary (Media Affairs) Manas Mangaraj in a release.
