Bhubaneswar: The BJD on Thursday submitted a memorandum to the chief electoral officer in Bhubaneswar, lamenting that no action was being taken against OTV, despite their earlier complaint of it “airing Paid News for Bharatiya Janata Party”.
The party said this showed the election process in the state in poor light. The memorandum said that on a day when polling was on for the second phase, discussions on the channel were heavily loaded towards the BJP. The party also submitted a pen drive with “self-explanatory” evidence. The memorandum was signed by three BJD spokespersons.
