Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president Naveen Patnaik on Friday appointed Abinash Thakur, Prasanta Panda and Rajesh Raj Swain as the working presidents of its students’ wing.
Ipsita Sahoo is the new secretary general of Biju Chhatra Janata Dal.
