Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Thursday suspended its secretary of Sambalpur district Shailesh Dani for his anti-party activities.
In an office order, Manas Mangaraj, general secretary (media affairs) of the party said by the order of BJD president, Shailesh Dani, state secretary of Sambalpur district is suspended with immediate effect from the party for his anti-party activities.
Dani was appointed as secretary of the BJD and given the task of ‘Sashakta Odisha’ by the party president last year.
