Bhubaneswar: A day after quitting BJP, senior leader Krushna Chandra Panda on Monday joined the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) in presence of party president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at Naveen Niwas here.
Panda, who was designated as the BJP’s state working member of Puri district, had resigned from the saffron party on Sunday, alleging party tickets for the upcoming elections in Odisha were put up for sale.
