Bhubaneswar: Two days after announcing the first list of 10 Lok Sabha and 99 Assembly candidates for Odisha, the BJP on Saturday released the second list of 5 Lok Sabha and 22 Assembly candidates.
The names of the Odisha candidates was cleared and approved by the BJP’s central election committee at a meeting in New Delhi.
Mentioned below are the names of five Lok Sabha candidates
Suresh Pujari – Bargarh
Nitesh Ganga Dev – Sambalpur
Basant Kumar Panda – Kalahandi
Sambit Patra – Puri
Jayaram Pangi – Koraput (ST)
The 10 Lok Sabha candidates the BJP had announced on March 21 were Jual Oram (Sundargarh – ST), Aparajita Sarangi (Bhubaneswar), Baijayant Panda (Kendrapara), Pratap Sarangi (Balasore), Rudra Narayan Pani (Dhenkanal), Anant Nayak (Keonjhar – ST), Sangita Singh Deo (Balangir), Balabhadra Majhi (Nabarangpur – ST), Anita Priyadarshini (Aska) and Bhrugu Buxipatra (Berhampur).
Apart from this, the party, which had announced the names of candidates for 99 Assembly seats in the state, has also released the names of another 22 candidates in its second list.

13. Debaraj Mohanty – Aska
14. Nilamani Bisoi – Sorada
15. Kanhu Pati – Berhampur
16. Pinky Pradhan – Digapahandi
17. Prashant Mallik – Mohana (ST)
18. Sisir Gomango – Gunupur (ST)
19. Basanta Ullaka – Rayagada (ST)

Sources said the party will release the third and final list of candidates for the remaining six Lok Sabha and 26 Assembly seats by Saturday evening.
