Bhubaneswar: The agitating block grant teachers have decided to hold picketing before all the Plus II answer sheet evaluation centres across the state on April 4.
“The state government had assured to consider all our demands by April 1. But no notification regarding the withdrawal of the affidavit clause for availing grant-in-aid has been released so far. So, it has been decided not to cooperate with government in evaluation of Plus II answer sheets starting from Wednesday and stage picketing before all the 41 evaluation centres”, said Odisha State Teachers and Employees’ Joint Forum convenor Golak Nayak on Tuesday.
The block grant teachers have been staging dharna in front of 57 matric evaluation centres since March 20 to boycott the High School Certificate (HSC) answer sheet evaluation.
