Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) additional Commissioner, Suratha Chandra Mallick, has been promoted to the Grade of Special Secretary (OAS) on Wednesday. Mallick will be allowed to continu
e in the post until further orders from the state government.
A notification has been issued to this effect by the General Administration and Public Grievances Department, Government of Odisha here on Wednesday.
