Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) additional Commissioner, Suratha Ch
andra Mallick, has been promoted to the Grade of Special Secretary (OAS) on Wednesday. Mallick will be allowed to continue in the post until further orders from the state government.
A notification has been issued to this effect by the General Administration and Public Grievances Department, Government of Odisha here on Wednesday.
