Bhubaneswar: As many as 60 passengers were stranded after a boat ferrying them got stuck in Chilika Lake in Odisha’s Puri district due to a technical snag on Wednesday afternoon.
According to sources, the motorised boat, which was also carrying 40 two-wheelers, was en route to Satapada from Janhikuda in Krushnaprasad block and developed a technical snag just 1 km away from Janhikuda after leaving the jetty at 1 pm.
