Body Of Man Recovered From School Playground In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: The body of a man was recovered from the playground of IRC Village High School at Nayapalli here on Tuesday.

The identity of the person is yet to be ascertained.

According to available information, some locals spotted the body lying in a pool of blood and immediately alerted the police.

A team of officials from Nayapalli police station along with scientific experts reached the spot and started investigation.

A damaged mobile phone was found near the body.

Police and locals suspect that the person was murdered with sharp weapons and the body later dumped at this place as it bore injury marks.

The cops have started inquiry on the basis of the statements of the locals.
