Paradip: The Coast Guard personnel on Saturday morning recovered the body of a fishing trawler driver from the deep sea and brought it to the government hospital here.
The deceased has been identified as Mayadhar Mallick of Naranapur village under Simulia police limits in Balasore district.
The deceased had gone to the deep sea on a fishing trawler ‘Maa Kanan’ from Balaramgadi in Balasore for fishing on Thursday.
Meanwhile, in a complaint with the police, the family members have alleged that their kin has been shot dead by the Coast Guard personnel.
