Body of unidentified youth found near Kuakhai bridge

Bhubaneswar: Body of a youth was found near Kuakhai bridge here on Saturday. Some locals spotted the body and informed police.

According to Mancheswar police, there were several injury marks on the victim’s head and hands. It is suspected that the youth was murdered and the body later dumped near the bridge.

The body has been sent for postmortem. Identity of the deceased is yet to be established, police sources said.

In February this year, body of a woman was recovered from the same place in a luggage bag.
