Bhubaneswar: With National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) being conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) across the country on May 20, Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) and Rama Devi Women’s University have deferred the semester examinations.
The BPUT in a notification has said that the semester examinations, which were scheduled on May 20, will be held on June 13.
However, there will be no change in the date of the remaining semester examinations scheduled from May 20 onwards, it added.
Similarly, the Rama Devi Women’s University has also deferred the Plus III semester examinations (scheduled on May 20) to May 24. There will be no change in the schedule of the remaining examinations to be conducted after May 24, the university said in a notification.
All practical examinations of the second and fourth semesters will be held on May 26 instead of May 25.
