Rourkela: Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) authorities have rescheduled the semester examinations because of the cyclonic storm Fani, which ravaged the coastal district on May 3.
The semester exams were earlier scheduled to start from May 2. According to the revised schedule, the semester exam scheduled on May 2 will now be held on May 20, while the subsequent semester examinations scheduled on May 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, will now be held on May 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, June 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 respectively.
However, there will be no change in the schedule of the remaining semester examinations, which were scheduled from May 20 onwards.
