Bhubaneswar: In view of byelection to Brajrajnagar Assembly constituency on May 31, the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has rescheduled the Plus II examinations which were scheduled to be held on same day.
According to a notification issued by the CHSE on Friday, the examinations which were announced to be held on May 31 have been postponed to June 4. The examinations for Mathematics of Arts and Science streams, Home Science of Arts and BFC-Biology of Vocational stream were rescheduled on the date.
However, the CHSE has not made any changes in the schedule of the examinations scheduled on other dates. Those scheduled from May 21 to 28 will be held as per the timetable.
The Brajarajnagar bypoll in Jharsuguda district will be held on May 31 and the counting of votes on June 3.
