Bhubaneswar: A team of Excise officials seized some brown sugar packets from a B.Tech pass-out student in the Odisha capital on Wednesday.
The team, during a surprise raid on Salia Sahi slum in Nayapalli area, seized 83 grams of brown sugar worth Rs 8 lakh from the B.Tech pass-out student. The officials, however, did not reveal the name of the student.
The team later took him into custody for further interrogation.
