Bhubaneswar: The Quick Action Team (QAT) and Nayapalli police seized brown sugar weighing 34 grams from Delta Square under Nayapalli police limits here on Friday. Two persons involved in the trade were also arrested.
Police seized arrested motorcycle, two mobile phones and Rs 3530 from the arrested duo identified as Santosh Routray of Khurda and Surendra Singh of Balasore.
A case (388/19) under Section 21 (b) of the NDPS Act has been registered against them and further investigation is on.
