Bhubaneswar: A two-member team of the State Excise Flying Squad on Thursday seized 200 gm of brown sugar worth Rs 20 lakh during a raid on Salia Sahi in Bhubaneswar and arrested drug peddler Rajiv Panda.
The teams of 20 officials conducted the raid following information that a trader was visiting Rajiv to procure the contraband. The trader, however, managed to give them a slip.
Rajiv had been engaged in this illegal trade since long, sources said.
