Bhubaneswar: Students who are not satisfied with their Class 10 High School Certificate (HSC)/Matric exam marks, which were announced by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) in Odisha on Wednesday, have the option to apply for re-evaluation.
Odisha School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash, who announced the results, said that students can apply online for re-evaluation from July 11 to July 25.
The BSE announced a pass percentage of 90.55% in the Matric exam. Of 5,26,818 students who appeared for the exam, 5,17,847 students have cleared it.
A total of 8,119 students have secured A1 grade while 54,889 students have secured A2 grade. Two schools in Malkangiri district and one in Angul district have recorded zero results, the minister said.
In all, 5,71,909 lakh students from 8,925 schools had filled forms, while 5,26,818 had appeared for the exam.
The results are available on the Board’s website by 2 pm.
