Bhubaneswar: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha announced that the Summative Assessment-I of Class X students has been postponed till January 5, 2022.
The assessment was earlier scheduled for December 27. The examination will continue till January 8.
About 5.70 lakh students are set to appear for the examination. BSE vice-president Nihar Ranjan Mohanty informed that a database is being prepared for the assessment as the online form fill-up process has been completed.
Meanwhile, the last date for enrolment of Class IX students has also been extended. Students, who failed to take admission for 2021-22 academic session, can do offline registration at BSE office from December 3 to 7.
