Bhubaneswar: The mortal remains of Jayprakash Mohapatra, Border Security Force (BSF) jawan from Odisha, who died in a freak accident while training new recruitees in Shillong, will reach his native place Aranchal village under Nirakarpur police limits in Khurda district on Wednesday, family sources said.
According to reports, Mohapatra died after one of the new recruitees accidentally ran a vehicle over him during the training.
He is survived by his wife and a daughter, reports added.
