BSNL Changes Grace Period & Relaunches Free Broadband Plan

BSNL on Monday reduced the grace period required for balance lapses to seven days. Previously, customers had 15 days of grace period. This means customers will lose their unused balance if not recharged within seven days.

BSNL recently also launched a free trial 5GB broadband data plan. Subscribers do not have to pay any deposit or monthly rental for this plan. The speed of this plan is 10Mbps and data limit is 5GB per day. Post 5GB, the speed reduces to 1Mbps. This plan is valid till July 31, 2019. BSNL had launched this promotional offer previously as well.
