Bhubaneswar: The EOW Odisha has arrested a man from Bhubaneswar for allegedly duping flat buyers of Rs 1.16 crore. The accused Amaresh Chandra Sarangi, a native of Nuagan Barabati village in Nayagarh district, was produced before the Odisha Protection of Interests of Depositors (OPID) court in Cuttack on Friday.
According to the complaint lodged, Sarangi along with three others duped the buyers of Rs 1,15,82,550 for flats in their project Basera Fresco at Sijua, Bhubaneswar.
