ily members, Papu had left home at around 9 pm on Monday but did not return. His mobile phone was later found switched off. After frantic searches, his mutilated body was discovered on the railway tracks.
The GRP initially registered a case of unnatural death based on circumstantial evidence. Subsequently, police started probing all possible angles to ascertain whether there was any foul play. The body has been seized and sent for post-mortem examination, and family members are being questioned as part of the inquiry.
