Sambalpur: Sambalpur Municipal Corporation sealed the Fire Brigade office in Burla here for seven days after an employee tested positive for COVID-19, said an SMC official.
As many as 15 employees have been instructed to stay in home quarantine as a precautionary measure. The SMC has already started contact tracing of the infected persons.
This is the first time in Burla town that a COVID warrior tested positive for the deadly virus.
