Bhubaneswar: Chandrasekhar Police on Monday arrested a cab driver for allegedly killing four pariah puppies.
The arrested driver has been identified as Kanhu Charan Giri.
Notably, Giri had run over four puppies at Shailashree Vihar here on Sunday afternoon. Following the incident, activists of the People for Animals had lodged a complaint with the police.
