Bhubaneswar: The 72nd Capital Foundation Day will not be celebrated owing to the lockdown due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
This was announced by the Capital Day Celebration Committee on Sunday.
The committee, in association with the state government and Khurda district administration, celebrates the annual event on April 13 every year.
