Bhubaneswar: Burglars allegedly broke into a house at Naharakanta, on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar, and looted gold ornaments and cash late on Monday.
The entire incident was captured on a CCTV camera installed on the premises.
According to sources, the burglars sneaked into a residential compound at around 1 am and looted ornaments, cash and valuables from the house of the owner, and his tenant.
The victims in this case have lodged a complaint with Pahal police, which is examining the CCTV footage to identify the burglars. They had allegedly done recce multiple times before selecting the house and carrying out the burglary, the sources added.
Further investigation is underway.
