Car Falls Off Bridge In Odisha’s Balasore, 3 Killed

Balasore: Three persons were killed and one was critically injured when their car fell off a bridge on NH-16 in Balasore district on Saturday.

Sources said the speeding car was on its way from Baripada to Bhubaneswar when the driver lost control and it fell off the bridge near Birla Tyres area.

The deceased were identified as Pintu Acharya, Rabindra Sahu and Santosh Panda, who were all residents of Mayurbhanj district.

The injured, Bapun Mohanty, was rushed to a nearby hospital and later shifted to Balasore district headquarters hospital.

Police have sent the bodies of the three deceased for post mortem and started an investigation.
