New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has again extended the registration dates for students of Class IX and XI.
The candidates can now fill the registration forms without incurring late fee by November 10. The previous deadline without late fee was October 25.
“Considering various representations received from schools, the schedule for submission of registration data of class 9 and 11, 2023-24, has been extended as follows: Without late fee the registrations can be submitted till November 10, 2023. With late fee, the registrations can be submitted from November 11-18,” CBSE stated in an official notification on its website.
Registration fees for students of class IX and XI is Rs 300. For students abroad, registration fees is Rs 500 and Rs 600 for Classes IX and XI, respectively.
Those who miss the deadline can register through a late fee of Rs 2,300. For overseas students, late fee charges will be Rs 2,500 for class IX and Rs 2,600 for class XI.
Registration is absolutely essential as only those students whose names are submitted through the online process will be allowed to appear for classes X and XII board exams for the session 2024-25.
