New Delhi: Soon after the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced dates for next year’s Class 10 and 12 final exams on Thursday evening, the board’s main website – cbse.nic.in – became inaccessible.
The surge in people logging in to check the fresh date sheet was the presumed reason for the website not opening.
Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank announced during a live session on Twitter and Facebook that the Board exams will start on May 4 and go on till June 10.
