CCTV Footage Picks Up Killer Carrying Away Himali Narwal’s Body In Black Suitcase

Rohtak: A video has emerged of Sachin, prime accused in the murder of Congress worker Himali Narwal, carrying a black suitcase from her house on the day of the crime. The suitcase apparently had Himali’s body inside. The video is part of CCTV footage, seized by the police, from the victim’s house in Rohtak, Haryana.

Himali’s body was found near a bus stand in Rohtak on Saturday and Sachin was arrested on Monday. The police suspect that Sachin strangulated Himali on Thursday with a mobile phone charger cord, stuffed her body inside the suitcase, and dumped it at the bus stand.

According to the police, the murder could have been committed due to a financial dispute. However, all angles are being being proben. Sachin runs a mobile shop in Jhajjar, Haryana.

“We waited for the family to identify the body and then began our investigation. It seems that Sachin and the victim were friends over social media for nearly one-and-a-half years. He also visited her at home. Prima facie, it seems like a murder after a financial dispute. A heated exchange took place between the two before the incident. However, these are early days. Further investigation may lead us elsewhere,” Haryana additional DG K K Rao told a news agency.
