New Delhi: The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare’s COVID-19 National Task Force on Sunday issued revised guidelines for the management of adult coronavirus-infected patients.
According to data provided by Union Health ministry on Sunday, India had 1,071 fresh COVID-19 cases — a single-day spike of over 1,000 positive coronavirus infections after a gap of 129 days.
Three deaths were reported — one each in Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Kerala – as active cases increased to 5,915.
Meanwhile, Jharkhand reported 2 new H3N2 influenza and 5 COVID-19 cases, PTI said.
