Bhubaneswar: A team of the Central Empowered Committee (CEC) formed by the Supreme Court arrived in the state on Tuesday to review the utilisation of the Odisha Mineral Bearing Area Development Corporation (OMBADC) funds in mining areas.
Officials said the four-member team, led by PV Jayakrishnan, will meet the OMBADC team here. Later, it will leave for Sundargarh district.
On Wednesday, the team will visit Mayurbhanj district.
