Bhubaneswar: The Centre has empanelled Roopa Roshan Sahoo, an Odisha cadre IAS officer of the 2006 batch, in the rank of joint secretary along with 54 others.
She is currently Special Secretary to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
