Centre Hikes TA Of ASHAs

New Delhi: The Centre on Wednesday effected a hike on the travel allowance (TA) of the ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) across the country.
According to the decision taken by the Centre, the ASHA workers will get the revised TA of Rs 300 instead of Rs 250 they were availing earlier

With this, the ASHA workers who were earlier provided with the TA of Rs 5000 for 20 days @ Rs 250 in a month, will now avail Rs 6000 per month with the revised TA of Rs 300.
