Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Chief K Sivan on Sunday announced that they had found out the exact the location of Vikram Lander. The space agency had lost contact with the Lander of Chandrayaan-2 moments before its scheduled landing early Saturday morning.
The location was confirmed by thermal images taken by the Orbiter. However, the space agency had not been able to establish communication with the Vikram Lander yet.
“We are trying to have contact. It will be communicated soon,” the ISRO chief added.
