Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Tuesday issued guidelines for unfurling the National Flag on the occasion of 73rd Republic Day on home premises.
According to the notification, citizens are allowed to unfurl National Flag on their home premises on January 26 without much crowd, preferably not more than 5 (five) persons.
People have been advised to follow safety protocols, such as social distancing, wearing masks and proper sanitisation.
At public/private institutions, clubs and similar places, such celebration will be allowed with not more than 10 persons attending with strict compliance with COVID-19 appropriate behaviour, it added.
