Chhattisgarh Youth Dies After Slipping From Running Bus In Odisha’s Nayagarh

Nayagarh: A youth died after he accidentally slipped from a running bus in Odisha’s Nayagarh district on Thursday.

According to sources, the youth, identified as Kunal Singh of Bansarikote in Chhttisgarh, boarded the bus in Bhubaneswar to go to Umerkote in Nabarangpur district. On the way, he told the conductor to stop the bus as he wanted to urinate.

Before the bus came to a stop, Kunal went to stand near its door to alight. While the bus was taking a turn on National Highway 57 at Kakada Balisahi under Daspalla police station in Nayagarh district, he slipped from the door steps and fell down.

The bus staff rushed an unconscious Kunal to the community health centre at Daspalla. But the doctors declared him brought dead. On being informed, police went to the hospital and registered a case of unnatural death.
