Neroca FC pulled one down after an error by Gurpreet Singh Sandhu with a minute of additional time in the first half.
Bengaluru will now face Mohun Bagan in the semi-final on April 17. The winner will then play the winning team among FC Goa or East Bengal in the final slated to be held on April 20.
