Cuttack: Orissa High Court on Tuesday granted conditional bail to
Seashore Group of Companies Chief Managing Director Prashant Dash in
three chit fund related cases.

The bail was granted in separate cases against Dash lodged at Jajpur,
Nabarangpur and Titilagarh police stations.

Prashant was granted bail by the court earlier on May 8 this year in
other three cases registered against him at Jeypore, Koraput and
Semeliguda police stations.

The Seashore Chief was arrested by the Economic Offences Wing of State
Crime Branch in December 2013 on charges of duping gullible investors
over Rs 500 crore on the promise of hefty returns on their deposits.
