Mumbai: ‘Truth Bomb’, a social media post of Imran Khan’s estranged wife Avantika Malik, is going viral for all the right reasons.
Avantika’s post is all about making the right choices in life. It is a message from author Devon Brough, which Avantika reposted on her Instagram handle.
“Marriage is hard. Divorce is hard. Choose your hard. Obesity is hard. Being fit is hard. Choose your hard. Being in debt is hard. Being financially disciplined is hard. Choose your hard. Communication is hard. Not communicating is hard. Choose your hard. Life will never be easy. It will always be hard. But we can choose our hard. Pick wisely,” read the message.
Avantika captioned the post as, “Serious truth bomb via @devonbroughsa #chooseyourhard.”
Netizens agreed with Avantika’s post as comments started pouring in.
“True but my two bits. Make your bubble and sit in it. Crawl out when you must to deal with the shit but always crawl back into easy happy spaces. Compartmentalise,” wrote Mini Mathur.
“Such a beautiful msg,” wrote another user.
However, a section of social media users asked Avantika if all is well between Imran and her.
Earlier, in an interview with In.com, Avantika’s mother Vandana had rubbished reports of her daughter’s divorce.
“We all read the news and let me tell you that there’s no such thing. There are some differences, which will be sorted anyway,” she said.
Imraan and Avantika tied the knot in 2011 and have a daughter named Imara.
