Cuttack: An inmate of Choudwar Circle Jail died on Saturday while being shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital here after he complained of chest pain.
The deceased prisoner, identified as Subhransu Das (35), was serving life term in the sensational Keshav Behera murder case and awarded life imprisonment in 2013.
