Bhubaneswar: The City Trails of .FEST took off in Bhubaneswar on Saturday with an aim to promote tourism by exposing the participants to the city’s culture.
The City Trails, which will continue till February 12, consists of 3 different trail groups – Food Trails, Nature Trails and Museum Trails. The activity aims at enabling the people to have a holistic experience of Bhubaneswar city’s culture and heritage.
The Food Trail will take the visitors on a delicious journey of Odia cuisine which includes Dahibara, Odia thali, prasads from various temples, Pitha, Chenna Jilli and tiffins among others.
Similarly, the Museum Trail will take the participants on a visit to the Tribal Museum and the State Museum of Bhubaneswar. The Nature Trail will enable them to witness nature’s bounty around the city like Ekamravana, jungle safari at Bharatpur, Deras and Medicinal Park.
Total 106 such trails in all three categories will be conducted. The ticket price for all the three trails is nominal and the interested people can get the details from Ekamra box website and get themselves registered for their preferred trail.
