Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government will soon be holding the civic body elections.
Announcing this at a press briefing on Thursday, Housing and Urban Development Minister Pratap Jena said as the High Court has directed not to exceed 50 per cent reservation of seats for scheduled castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST) and other backward classes (OBC) in the non-scheduled areas, the civic body elections will be held accordingly.
