Class- IV School Employee Found Dead In Odisha, Murder Suspected

Gajapati: A class-IV employee of Ladu Ashram School was found dead under mysterious circumstances near the residential quarters in Gajapati district on Friday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Jagannath Karji. He belongs to  Tunga village on Raigada block.

According to sources, locals spotted Jagannath’s body lying in a pool of blood this morning and informed the police.

On being informed, the police reached the spot and seized the body for postmortem.

Though the exact cause of Jagannath’s death is not yet known, prima facie investigation suggested that the man was bludgeoned to death.

His wife alleged that Jagannath has been murdered by his 23-year-old son, Kesab Karji, over a family feud.

Jagannath’s filed a complaint with the police.
