Deogarh: As many as 50 passengers had a miraculously escape when a bus in which they were travelling skidded off the road and remained stuck, precariously hanging from Barkote bridge on Bramhani river in Deogarh district on Tuesday.
According to reports, the vehicle skidded off the road after the driver lost control over it and remained in hanging position from the bridge for more than two hours.
Some locals rushed to the spot and managed to rescue all passengers from the bus.
The bus was heading towards Rourkela from Bhubaneswar when the accident took place.
